order / time limit / payment

If you order an item that is in stock, the delivery will be made within eight days following payment.
•
If you order an item that is not in stock, the production time will be communicated to you by telephone or email.
•
If you order an item whose dimensions or colours are different, the necessary time limit will be arranged between us. Delivery is made always following receipt of payment. The amount to be paid may vary slightly depending on the modifications requested.

I you order a particular item that requires a preliminary study, we would ask you to send us the photos, dimensions and necessary documents for the project to be carried out.
•
Upon reception of the information that you have sent to us by post or by email, we will produce sketches and quotations. If you are in agreement with our proposal, the project will commence upon the receipt of 30% of the full amount quoted.
•
We are unable to take payment by credit or bank card at the moment.

In all cases, interior and exterior pieces are treated in the same way.
LIGHT
are equipped with european regulation bulb fittings, small and large depending on the model. 60 or 100 watt bulbs are included as well as plugs and switches. The lamps are ready for use.
Hanging light
are equipped with link chains that are easily hooked up and unhooked
Mirrors
are equipped with high resistance steel cable to allow them to be fixed to the wall with a screw.
Wall Lamp
are equipped with bulb fittings and a quick installation system
Packaging
Each objet is packaged specificiallay in accordance width it's size, shape and intended transformation.

In certain cases we can deliver directly (short distances)

For long distances, delivery is guaranted by door to door transport companies. Il all cases, the merchandise is insured against loss, theft and breakage
